Hi there! My name is Jack. I'm starting this convo because I need some answers. About 3-4 months ago I was maturbating, when I noticed that after I got done, I had a bruise going across the underside of my shaft. My testicles felt a little weird for a couple days, so I had it checked by my doctor for testicular cancer, hernia, he diagnosed as being a varicose vein. I don't know if this is what it is because 2 days ago I masturbated and when I ejaculated. My right testicle seemed to feel a bit of discomfort. I know that's a symptom of testicular torsion but, I don't have any of the other symptoms for that. I'll also admit that the other night it was around 2 am and I had just smoked some weed. I know marijuana can heighten your senses but, that doesn't take away from the fact that there's a bruise on my shaft. If someone knows what's going on here, please comment. Hi Jack. What you describe here may be mild epididymo orchitis. I think a course of antibiotics may help. I do not think the "bruise" on the shaft is connected and would need a photograph to help diagnose. My feeling is that it is nothing to worry about.
