I have had RLS for 5 years and take 2 mg ropinirole. Last winter I found antihistamines made my RLS more severe, no sleep or laying down at all. I need an OTC or prescription med that I can suggest to my doctor for future colds. Research found Claritin and Mucinex (guafenacin) have the lowest amount of antihistamines but they still affect me. Could anyone suggest anything? Thank you!
