James this is one of those things difficult to tell what it is …
The only thing that remotely appears like this is a herpes blister - here is some information on what a typical herpes blister would actually be:
" small blisters that burst to leave red, open sores around your genitals "
… so what you have would not appear to look like that.
Is it possible that you have scratched the top off something that is naturally present on your penis and has formed this scab? If you are not going to have sex in the next couple of days I would put antiseptic cream on it 2 or 3 times a day for 2 or 3 days and see if it heals.
If it does not heal I would get checked out at a sexual health service, or go to a GUM Clinic if you are in the UK …
there is no longer a scab. just a different texture skin. Im guessing its healing from the previous scab. sometimes the skin is dry as shown in picture. Does anyone know what this? thank you for the reply!
