Ive been noticing these scabs on my scalp, theyre not itchy but i will feel like a hard bump and scratch it off and i wanted to see what they looked like and theyre pretty red yet they dont hurt or itch. i have several of them on my scalp i dont know what it could be, is my hair too oily? too dry? should i be concerned?
