I have 3 sores on my scalp 2 of them have pus in them, the doctor didn’t know what it is and keep giving me cream that didn’t work I have had it for 8 months now but the last 2 days have become more sore

Tell us about the sores. Do they move? Are they red? Do they grow?

They don’t more but there red and get bigger

Get another Dr and another cream. At the very least, he should scrape it and test the tissue to see. I'm not sure if that's a dermatologist you should see but call your Dr office and find out and see if you need a referral. Your Dr doesn't know bc that's not his specialty. And it sounds like something stronger than Selsan Blue can handle.
