So after weeks of pain under right rib that goes to the back, with tenderness possibly in lower right abdomen that when in press i can feel under right breast, I've had a clear ultrasound and gastroscopy.
As i had a big surgery in October, theres a possibility its scar tissue pain. I'm now looking at myan massage or a pill called serratiopeptidase. Has anyone any experience of either of these? Or if scar tissue pain that came and went! thanks Kelly
Could also be neuralgia or costochondritis if the pain is centered entirely on your ribcage.
I had surgery in November 2017, went well and for maybe 2 weeks i had no pain. Then i started to get pain in the same area.
After a couple of months i went back, had an ultrasound and then a CT, showed nothing and the Dr said it is possibly scar tissue, as this does not show up on tests (according to him) he recommended a scar tissue massage and i have heard it does help some people. But mine was not that bad, i still get it some times, but not to the degree that it stops me working or anything, i just wanted the peace of mind it was not something serious.
