Scared about medication I took

Hi everyone, I've had really bad hayfever today so I went to take some antihistamines. They may be tiny but I've always had trouble swallowing tablets since I can remember. I'm usually able to take hayfever ones though because they were so small but ever since I've had a bad experience swallowing a pill and it went down the wrong way I struggle to swallow even small ones now. Anyway when I took this hayfever tablet it took a whole glass of water for me to get it down and when I did finally get it down it was smaller than when it started off so I accidentally dissolved it (but not all the way dissolved) I tasted it a lot too. Later in the night I noticed a strange sensation on the roof of my mouth when drinking water like a tacky uncomfortable feling and started to wonder if it was to do with the way I took the tablet or just hayfever swelling up the roof of mouth or something. I ended up googling and somehow ended up on a website that explains why you shouldn't crush or chew pills. And it said that this can sometimes cause death with some pills. So of course I start panicing and wondering if the way I took the pill counts as fully chewing or dissolving. I'm now getting a lot of anxiety from this and wondering if I've caused myself any damage just because of my silly fear of swallowing pulls. But then again I don't know if this could just be my health anxiety because I remember that I've taken pills like this a lot in the past (where they've dissolved because I took too long to take them) and I'd been perfectly fine. I guess I'm just seeking reassurance (as someone with ha often does) that I will be fine and I'm just overthinking the whole thing because of health anxiety. Thanks in advance and thanks for taking the time to read my post.

You can always try taking liquid instead of the pills. My husband can’t swallow pills at all, it gags him soo much so he just does liquid to avoid any issues.
