Hello Folks, I just wanted to share some information that might be of some help to you. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, this all started when I begin suffering from meniere's attacks of abrupt violent rotational vertigo, with severe nausea. I would try to anticipate the next attack. I would try to make my work schedule around being very ill. Anyway There is a app for both android and iphone that is called (SAM) Self-help Anxiety Management. This app has helped me somewhat. The app has several features and even has the ability to reach out to other anxiety sufferer's. There are many features to include relaxing sounds which can help some with tinnitus also. The app has a particular feature that allows you to tryp in something that is bothering you, and then you can blow up that problem and it disappears from the screen. However it doesn't make the actual problem go away but it is fun to destroy it! The app is free in the android or Itunes store.
