has anyone ever dealt with this before? we are going to the doctors to have him checked out.. there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of similar experiences online

hi i would like to know about this condition this has been happening to me for the past week and it hurts really bad . Hard orange lumps in semen exactly as same as the picture . I hope its nothing serious
