Sertralina 100mg não faz mais efeito

I’ve been on Sertraline 100mg for a almost a year now and all of sudden my depression and anxity is back and i cant sleep, i feel weak mot eating well. Should i increase my dose to 150mg? Does anyone else had this problem and im also worried about the side effects again :confused:

ive been on 100 mg for 5 months and just started to get headaches so am thinking of reducing my dose to see if that helps its so hard isnt it
but I think it sounds like you do need to increase a bit
i know people say its a very delicate balance but it might be worth a 25mg increase ?

best speak to your gp to get approval, i did she increased , to 150mg with gp permission , it did help , there were no increased side effects. If you do it alone and you do have side effects youll regret it , as i tried it when i was so low and i was anxious.

i didnt know they do 125mg do i will ask my gp on monday about it, its just going through the side effects again. i will keep you updated.
