Hi, has anyone had an increase in their cholesterol levels whilst taking Sertraline?
My cholesterol is up but not sure it's related. Hard to find out.
Yes my total cholesterol has gone up to 9.5 so the Dr has insisted I start on Statins. I have been on 150mg of Sertraline for 13 months.
Interesting. Mine was 4. something when I started. I was on them for 5 years, and it was 7 when I started to come off them. I know it's not something the Dr will ever say is attributable to Sertraline, but it makes you wonder. He also suggested statins, but I'm reluctant, hoping that now I'm off sertraline it will lower naturally.
