I have been on sertraline for a little over 2 months. It has been working great for my anxiety but about a week and a half ago i started having loose stools and diarrhea. I have read that diarrhea can be a side effect but has anyone experienced it this long after starting to take it? I haven’t had any changes to my diet and I have no other symptoms of illness (no fever, nausea, etc.) I also got my first COVID vaccine 2 days before it started so at first i thought maybe it was that, but now I’m thinking it might be the meds. I made a Dr appt in a couple days but just wondering if anyone has experienced this and if so, did you stop the medication? Did you take something different?
Day 28 for me Natalie was ok for first 2 weeks but then constant diarrhea since..GP didnt seem too concerned but did say if no better at week 5 may change meds (not sleeping also). Sorry cant be any more help…
