My doctor wants me to start taking Zoloft (sertraline) for depression and anxiety... I also have an eating disorder (EDNOS with anorexic tendencies) so I'm worried that if I gain weight then the ED will spiral more out of control and everything will be so much harder... can anyone reassure me?!?!
Hi Karlie Sertraline is not known for causing weight gain.l hope you are also getting therapy for your ED so you can overcome your fears.
It depend on the body. Some people lost weight taking them. My friend stop taking them cause it make her gain so much weight.
