Hi I have been on 100mgs of sertraline for 14 years and been stable. 4 weeks ago doctor gave me hrt as was suffering with low mood. After to patches I took to my bed feel8ng very low and no energy Took patches off spoke with doctors who upped my sertraline to 150mgs. I have been on for 3 weeks. Constantly feel sick and shaky. Tremor comes and goes in right hand and just feel wired but physically feel tired but can’t sleep. Went back to doctor who said it is up to me if I want to reduce back to the 100mgs. I just don’t have the energy to keep going. ( I am not suicidal) Feeling flat today. she did prescribe sleeping tablets but for seven days only and said to take every other night. I am 49 next week and I feel the low mood is more because of menopause rather than mentally… This is totally different than before. Before I couldn’t even get out of bed x
