Setraline - side effects and how it works

I have been suffering from OCD and my doctor prescribe me setraline 25 mg and now it is in six weeks since my medication started. I am having mild headache which does not interfere with my daily activities which i have noticed one week after starting medication. Then, last week, I started suffering neck stiffness and pain around shoulder and unwanted thoughs & anxiety are coming back along with these symptoms although i was feeling better after 3 week of meedication. 

I just want to know whether anyone of you who is taking such medication suffers from these symptoms as the way i m suffering. Are these usual side effects? Can these  thoughts and anxiety be recurrered after relieving for certain period while taking setraline? 

I feel like i am going to be crazy. Please share me your experience.

Id consult ur doc but he might increase ur dose as 25 mg is just a starting dose

I'm on 10 weeks and yes, the bad thoughts and other side effects can come back throughout the process of your body getting use to them. I've had a week here and there where my thoughts were almost gone and then they would pop up so severe again. It'll get better.

I am feeling tension in my neck and shoulder for 4-5 days now. Did you feel this either? If so, when did you start feeling better?

Honestly Alan, I don't remember a lot of the physical side effects other than headache and dizziness. The headaches didn't come for me until around week 4. This what you're suffering from will all be just a memory for you. Stay with it at least for another month.
