This has been going on for years and it's getting me down.. Somthing I eat or drink sets off my sinuses.. They are itchy as hell! It usually lasts all day my nose constantly runs to the point I sit with tissue bunged up each nostril. I try to log what ive eaten / drank.. It maybe yeast? But honestly have no idea.. Had sprays from Doctors but only work for a while. Anyone else?
