Does anyone here get hand shaking while yawning? I think my whole upper body is a little bit but if I hold something in my hand(mostly right) while I yawn my hand starts shaking. It is mostly in the morning when I yawn the most. I saw some people with Parkinsons have this so I am terrified now as I cannot find anyone healthy with this symptom. Does anyone else feels this, I really hope someone does because I am going crazy.
Hi there, sometimes my entire body will shake when I’m yawning but if you are that concerned about it then a simple visit to your doctor 
and maybe some neurological testing to rule some things out will put your mind at ease. I’m sure it’s nothing to be concerned about, everyone shakes a little bit when they yawn

I already wrote another post about other neurological symptoms I have and wrote there that I already did visit two neurologists and did emng test and blood tests and it was all good. It is just that this kind of thing scare me a lot like this hand and torso shaking while yawning. And I must say it is mostly in the morning a couple of hours after waking up, but still scares me a lot.
its extremely common! JUST A REACTION the body has, not harmful at all. im in my 60s and have that happen thousands of times!! YOURE FINE!
