I have had every test you can imagine. When the tip of my penis is squeezed while erect i get a sharp dull pain inside the urethra at the tip. This causes problems with sex, oral and masturbation.
What could be the cause? It will burn for a while after too. Urologist thinks it is damaged nerves and blood vessels and because I think about it often it has become hypersensitive.
Anyone else suffer from the same?
