Sharp pain wakes me up, sometimes I scream out loud. It is in the side of my left leg. I know what muscle cramps feel like and this is not that. Worse. The whole side of my leg. Sometimes I wrap up in another blanket and think maybe extra warmth will help. No it doesn’t. I have been taken off all dairy products because of my kidneys. Blood calcium is too high and will cause stones. Leg is sore from pain next day. I have no idea what is going on. I have had both knees replaced 2 years ago, no issues. Just kidney issues.
