Sholder neck and chest pain

Hi

I have been diagnosed with gastritis and I also have anxiety.

I have been experiencing pain under my armpit that comes and goes and also a very stiff neck and shoulders. I often get cheat discomfort aswell.

I have had ECG's done in the past and they have all came back okay but I still get really worried, can gastritis cause neck and shoulder pain ? As gastritis is stomach related.

Please help

I've never had any shoulder or neck pain along with chr. gastritis. You shouldn't be worried too much about your shoulder-neck pain. I believe it will go away in a small period of time...

common symptom. sometimes is just enough that other reinforce these symptoms as normal to lessen the anxiety.
