I woke up with a red rash on my penis shaft after having sex with my girlfriend. She went to the doctor and checked out fine. This was while we were on vacation and (not to be gross) but miscounted how many underwear to bring. I sweated in them a lot which is making me think yeast infection. Which I'm hoping for. I did get tested about 5 years ago and was negative for everything except hsv1 . I never experienced any symptoms before this and before my girlfriend I had protected vaginal sex and got oral sex from a girl. The area got completely wiped out after applying antifungal on it but I was left with just one red/clear dot that is raised and I didn't like that..what do you think
