¿Debo ir a la sala de emergencias?

Here’s pictures:

I’ve self diagnosed myself with genital herpes. It can’t be anything but. It’s been about 2 weeks and my symptoms only have gotten worse. I’ve gotten over the flu symptoms but more blisters had appeared all along my vagina and buttcrack and anus. I don’t have insurance but these sores look so bad, I’m willing to suck t up and go to the emergency room. They started off as just two small sores, but have now developed into painful lesions that are no long even round and ulcer shaped. Some are healing, some a still small. But more blisters are appearing. The pain is terrible. I can barely clean myself. And there’s two sores that look like my pictures above. They are the ones that are worrying me and not healing. Let me know.

yes, you should go to the ER or maybe just a small clinic that sees patients on a same day basis, might be less trauma oriented environment and shorter wait time.... the sooner you get an RX for the anti-virals the better the recovery and less chance in the future for having re-occurrences.
