Should I see a dr about the texture of my breasts?

Hi there, I'm not sure if I'm just being silly here, so i thought id post and see if my skin looks abnormal and worth seeing a Dr or if I'm just being paranoid. I recently lost my aunty to cancer so it is definitely on my mind. I've also had swollen lymph nodes behind my ears and in my neck for 6 weeks which isn't helping. I might just be being silly. I noticed some red patches and some dimpled / patchy skin. Please let me know what you think

you should see a doctor , to help calm your nerves.
it could be an allergic reaction to something but at least get it checked out

I’m not sure what the red patches are but the other looks like stretch marks.
