Does progesterone cream gives anyone side effects such as bloating, nausea and an increase in heart palpitations, etc. I have been on and off with it , the capsules are worse. So im back to the cream, im trying to stick with it to see if it will pass soon.. anyone else has this experience using progesterone?

I choose a Mirena coil because of side effects from tablets ( I am 50 years). I wouldn't have thought the cream would cause any problems as unlike tablets it doesn't have to pass through the digestive system. I would probably suggest that the symptoms you describe are simply peri or menopause, sometimes we expect HRT to be a cure all but sadly this isn't always the case.
