hi, i have been on 50mg for a few days now and i have been feeling awful, nauseous, dizziness, exhaustion and just a weird whole body feeling aswell. is this normal, if so for how long and advice on ways to cope. thanks

Yes! It is very normal. I started feeling better around day 12. I am coming up on 3 weeks and I don't have any side effects any more. My doctor prescribed an anti nausea med to help with the nausea. It does get better. Just hang in there.

I only started on 50 mgs 2 weeks ago and then to 100 mgs over the last week ! I felt all of those side effects and it was like i was losing my mind and felt so low ! I feel it has now started to work .....that total sense of dread and no hope is finally begining to lft . My advice that i got of other people on this forum is dont fight it go with it and give it a chance. U will feel better x

I'm on day Nine of 50mg of Sertraline, and had sweating and hot flushes, also a warm tingling run through my body. I'm not getting as tired as I was when I first took Sertraline, and the side effects come and go, but as I said it's only day Nine.
