I am taking alfuzosin for BPH. My doctor was going to add either sildenafil or tadalafil to the drug Mono therapy. Which of these drugs sildenafil vs tadalafil works better with less side effects along with alfuzosin?
i use tadafil 5mg/day
I find that it helps my stream
and it is longer lasting than sildenafil
Both have positive sexual effects!
It is really impossible to say which drug will cause what side effects in an individual patient as we all respond differently. Try one and if you experience unwelcome side effects, then try another drug.
I believe we are talking Viagra or Cialis. Before my operation I was using generic Cialis. I purchased from a legitimate Canadian Pharmacy. Purchased 88 pills 20MG for less than $40. I split the pills and took half every day. I have not heard that Viagra was known for its BPH benefits. If you are buying the pills yourself than Canadian is the way to go, just be careful of the scam artists, a legitimate pharmacy will require a script.
