What is a good brand of silica to buy...i cannot order from Holland &Barett because they do not ship to Canada.IVe tried Silica Complex which i find is not doing anything. I need one so I can take it with my serrapeptase. please let me know tht would be great!

I'm taking Silica Complex. I honestly do not know if it worked or not as I have tried a combination of different things, including the hot sitz bath with salt which I highly recommend. Regular table salt or sea salt. I believe that works. I was also told about the Silica spray by Miranda, another contributor here. It was difficult to spray it directly on the area and I felt it was being wasted so I do 4 sprays under my tongue (the prescribed way). I do believe the silica spray helped also. I've read on other forums where the silica spray worked for some people when they sprayed it directly on the cyst. I am very appreciative of Miranda for suggesting that. I order the silica spray from Amazon and it is shipped from Canada. I live in the U.S. Hope I was of some help to you. Good luck!

I just wanted to let you know that I did respond to your request for info/brand of Silica. I've just noticed that my comment was sent to the moderator over 3 hours ago. I did not give any links which is a no-no so I guess we will wait and see. I know I have gotten many good advice here and I did not want you to feel ignored. I guess we will wait and look out for my comment/response to your post if they allow it. BTW, I indicated the 2 brands that I use/used so maybe that's the reason they are concidering...

Have you tried the spray? I ordered 2x on amazon. Not many Sellers. I only found 1 Seller from Canada on amazon. The shipment was very quick. I'm in the U.S. I checked on ebay but the Seller is in Australia. It would take forever to arrive. Just key in Silica spray in the health category and it should pop up. Good luck!
Ive tried the silica spray under the tongue but the potency is not high enough it was only a 6x im looking for 30x potency so it can work faster.
i dont have much choices lol i found the ones for under the tongue Hylands 30x which i will order i should get it by friday it would be easier to pop in the mouth at work.Probably order another serrapep before the holiday rush too while im at it
