Einzelner Haut-/weißlicher erhabener Punkt am Penischaft

For the last week and a half I have had one singular raised dot on my penis shaft close to the top. It is kinda skin coloured/white-ish and is raised and then round. I really can't find any pictures that look similar to what I have. I noticed it straight after sex with someone I trust, I have had sex with 2 unprotected partners a few months before that. 

Please come someone give me a rough idea as to what they think as I'm freaking out that I may have an STI and go through the humility of telling people.

Wenn du immer Kondome benutzt, musst du ihnen vielleicht in Zukunft gar nichts sagen? Jedenfalls glaube ich, dass es unwahrscheinlich ist, dass es ansteckend ist. Wenn du besorgt bist, ist es am besten, einen Arzt oder eine Krankenschwester in einer Sexualgesundheitsklinik aufzusuchen.
