I am a 42yr old male, have been in a monogamous relationship with my wife for 20 yrs. I have no reason to believe she's been unfaithful or that she's cheated on me. Everytime we have sex, within 24hrs I get a skin rash and my penis's skin, mainly in the gland and surroundings starts to peel off. I am not circumcised. After 3-5 days, the problem goes away and skin is back to normal. Recently we started to use a condom and this seems to be working to prevent the issue, but I am afraid there might be an underlying condition or an STI. anyone that might be able to help and let me know what this could be?
