Ive been diagnosed with Lichen Planus on skin my back arms, chest, bottom, hips, sides, and little on legs and feet. Im also vegetarian and live in Nebraska. Ive seen alot of similarities. I too have tried creams which barely help with itching, the high dose of prednisone also helped until I stopped taking and I feel dizzy/more forgetful Im noticing. I too have been advised its from stress as Im otherwise healthy. I tried taking primal queen a supplement to help with iron as I was worried going vegan I wasn’t getting enough nutrients its beef organs then shortly after notices the rashes…at first I worried it was from taking the beef organs. I also have arthritis and am in pain from back and neck most always. I’d love all and any advice for relief. I too dont want to take immunosuppresents and would like a more healthy approach. Want to try some of the diet advice and vitamins. Im miserable constantly itching and bleeding. Ive noticed with this my skin is so much drier than it used to be also forgot to mention have scalp lesions and dryness/itching also
