i noticed a skin tag just above my anus about two months ago when i was using a mirror to check my current haemorrhoid situation.
when i looked closer i saw one on my anus too and on the lower part of my vaginal opening. j did a little research and apparently skin tags can be formed alongside haemorrhoids but also due to friction, healed injuries, etc.
i have very fragile skin and suffer from psoriasis in many areas, including my genitals, and it is common for me to have fissures exactly where these growths are located, in my anal crease and the opening of my anus and vagina. i also had a negative smear test result a little over six months ago and had no sexual contact between my negative hpv result and the discovery of these growths.
is there anybody with medical knowledge who can determine whether these are just skin tags or if they might be warts? i have had verrucas on my feet in the past, but no warts elsewhere as far as i'm aware.
also, the haemorrhoids... i've had bleeding on and off for about 6 years. i got referred for a colonoscopy years ago but was unable to ingest the 5 litres of explosive diarrhoea poison they give you and was discharged instead of transferred to somewhere willing to give me an enema. at the time they weren't visible, but they have progressed to a point of purple swelling on the edge of and inside my anus. is this doctor-worthy? i know the treatment for haemorrhoids is usually just some cream for pain and swelling until it either goes away or becomes significant enough to need removing. the fact that they're visible is become a real issue now.
i wonder if the white/pink patches could be the start of Lichen Sclerosis. Just a thought.
