about three weeks ago i noticed a very small bump on the shaft of my penis. The bump has not been sore or irritated, and has stayed the same in size and appearance. Two nights ago i noticed some redness on the back of my penis that seems to go in a line down the urethra. I have also began to feel slight discomfort in my shaft, but only feel it when i think about it really. I am sexually active however have not changed partners in over a year. I thought maybe it is Molluscum that has spread, as i have had a few bumps on my buttcheeks that have been there for months that seem just like Molluscum. However with the reddness im noticing im becoming concerned its either HSV2 or some form of HPV. I was also tested for STDs a little over a month ago (urine not blood) and all results came back negative. What prompted me to go in then was what seemed like Urethititus. Im thinking maybe i have HPV and that is what caused the Urethititus? Im really not sure and its starting to really make me anxious. Any knowledge or help would be amazing.

I think it would be best to raise ALL of your concerns with a GU Medicine Service. It is likely you have at least 3 different things going on, and you may need to see a Urologist and a Dermatologist.
If you live in the UK GU Services are known as GUM Clinics - find which is the largest one in the area in which you live and phone and see whether you can get a face-to-face appointment to get a visual check and blood / other tests if necessary
