ok so ive been sexually active with my new partner for about a month and noticed this tiny bump on the tip of my penis about 3 days ago. there was a smaller bump on the shaft a week ago but it has gone away for the most part. I feel a weird tingly sensation from my pee hole when i pee or it just randomly tingles. i dont know if its this bump causing that or what. could this be molluscum or herpes? its just one bump on the tip, but it is concerning because it is usually smooth there and ive never had this. let me know what you think. i would appreciate any help and what i should do
