Small cysts in lower back

Hi ! 

I have had a small move -able and painless lump at the bottom of my back that i got checked out a couple of weeks ago. The doctor said it was a small cyst , not to worry about it and i can get them anywhere. But when i checked today i have two smaller ones exactly the same just slightly above, but they are on both sides in exactly the same place ... are these cysts too?

I have been told the exact same, I stated with 1 on my head above ear, now I have 5!

I’m 26 how old are you? I worry about them to but so many dr’s have told me it’s nothing? Xx

I'm only 20 but I'm such a worrier and the doctor told be to not worry too. Just need to stop finding problems i guess haaha
