Small hole/opening on vulva near vaginal opening

so, i hate to admit that this has been present since 2019, but it isn’t painful so I haven’t been too alarmed by it. But it’s been there for many years now and I’m starting to become a bit concerned wondering what it could be.

it is not painful at all. it hasn’t grown in size. a tiny amount of white discharge comes out when i squeeze it. otherwise it does nothing and is simply there.

the hole is the size of a pinhole. very small. it feels like a lump when i touch or squeeze it. does anyone have any ideas what this might be? should i worry or just ignore it (i probably should not brush it off any further, just keep hoping that it’ll disappear)

Its possibly a fordyce gland or a cyst. If its not bothering you then dont worry. Maybe mention it next time you see your doctor or gynaecologist. If it gets very big or tender then do get some professional help. They can be removed if necessary.

That’s your urethra. We have a hole for giving birth (where you bleed from) and a hole above it for peeing (your urethra) Vagina’s have two holes.
