I was just tested in March and my results came back clean. I have had the same partner before and after being tested. Recently, my boyfriend noticed about 6 or 7 bumps that look like whiteheads. Do you think this is HPV? Please help!!
They look like pimples or folliculitis to me.

Personally, I wouldn't, but I wouldn't talk you out of it either, if you want to get checked out. You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.
