I woke up this morning and went about my day, about 2 hours later I noticed small, red, almost pin prick like spots on my left cheek, left jawline and under my chin. I've never had this before and I'm a bit worried about what it is. I have pictures if needed. Any help would be so appriciated!

Those don't look serious, but could be a mild allergic reaction. I'd suggest you change your pillowcase and use little or no make-up until it clears up. I don't think it's anything to get worried about.
