what could be the reason for this small red dot on my scrotum . i am 25 and this is definetly new because i never used to have this . could someone please help me on what this could be

Angiokeratoma of fordyce, they are benign and noninfectious.

but is it normal to have at my age ? i thought it was a old man thing

There is not really an age range associated with them.

it says everywhere that it is harmless and treatment is not necassary but i dont like the look lf it . could i get them removed even though i dont have to
