Small red spots on penis head, no pain or symptoms

I have had these red spots on the head of the penis, I don't think they have anything to do with the fact that I had used some soap which has caused flakiness of the skin as I have had these spots prior to that

Hi James, it would be helpful if you posted some close up images of what you are concerned about.  You can only do this from a PC / Mac / Laptop.

You also say you have "flakiness of the skin" - can you specify when this first occurred, and when were the red spots first present?

If you look really closely at the red spots on your penis head are they about pin-prick size on the surface of your skin, but if you look very closely this seems to broaden-out below the initial surface marking?  A kind of miniature pyramid shape if you like?

Additionally, you should never let soap, shower gel, hair shampoo get anywhere near the head of your penis.  If you are uncircumcised, when you take a shower, draw the foreskin as far forward as it will go, wash the rest of your body and make sure everything is rinsed off thoroughly.  Then expose the head and inner foreskin - wash with water only, then, 100% dry this part of your body first.

You need to do this as it is possible you actually have some form of Balanitis ......

Sorry for the late reply, I have been quite busy lately. I have attached some photos here. I also want to add that the flakiness has gone unfortunetly the spots have not.

This certainly does not look good.  You do not mention whether you are sexually active.

The best thing to do is to consult a Medical Professional as soon as possible, whether what you have is a result of sexual activity or not perhaps the best course of action would be to go to a Specialist Sexual Health Service.  If you are in the UK these are GUM Clinics at general Hospitals (search for GUM Clinic near me) or many major cities have Walk-in Centers dealing with genital / sexual health ...

If you are sexually active use condoms until you know precisely what it is you have

Can you give me a clue to what this is and no I have not been sexually active

I have already stated the course of action yo take - these are the ONLY people who can sort you out with what you actually have - you cannot self-diagnose, then start treating what you think you may have .. go see your regular Doctor at least !
