I'm quite worried about these lumps that seem to be getting a little larger, but slowly. I'm not very sexually active and not sure where they could have possibly come from.
They look like simple anal skin tags and are nothing to worry about. If they start to bother you then see your doctor who can give you advice on removal.

but would skin tags just appear like that, and multiple? ive never noticed them before until just a few weeks ago.
If you have had them a long time ,which I thought, then I would say ignore them, but as you say you have only just noticed them they may be papillomatosis, which is not a problem in itself but can lead to other problems in the future.
If you have had sex with anybody in your life there is always a risk of an STI, it doesnt matter if it was only infrequently.
I’m afraid the only way you are going to get a definite diagnosis is to see a doctor who can biopsy one and advise about removal.
