Circumcised or no? If you’re not, that can happen from not pulling the foreskin back and washing it properly. From the dictionary: “Smegma is the thick, white, cheesy substance that collects under the foreskin of the penis. It’s more common in uncircumcised men who don’t clean that area well enough. … It’s normal to have some smegma. And it usually isn’t a health problem, but bacteria can grow in it and smell bad”.
If you ARE circumcised, then yeah, you probably need to include some pics and a little more information, although it could still be caused by poor bathing habits.
