Symptoms have gotten worse. My typical "IBS" symptoms are on steroids. I've passed the following in the past 45 days and my question is am I crazy and their is another explanation like food not properly digesting or are these parasites and if so which one do you think it is?!

I think its food, i do not think its worms. You may need to check to see if they move.
