I just found out on Saturday that I might have genital herpes and I am devastated ! I can't pee at all it hurts too much. I try but I only pee little by little every other 3 hours or so. I'm having so much pain and discharge from the blisters ! I need some kind of numbing ointment. Has anyone tried anything to numb or relieve the burning ? Or what can I do to try the blisters faster ?
I'm sorry you're in pain but you need to take an antibiotic shot that was the only thing that helped me when it used to hurt when I went pee ask your doctor for that it did turned out I had herpes but that shot really helps it anti cream didn't help me at all. Hope this helps.
sudocream and stuff like that will help dry the blisters out. Also, drink a lot of water. I know, you don't wnat to pee but the less your drink, the more it's going to hurt when it gets out. Try taking baths with epsom salts to dry the blisters, then pee in the bath. Water will dilute your urine and you'll feel close to nothing. Then, apply cream. Repeat twice a day. Good luck! Oh and try to stay naked from the waist down as much as possible.
Oral ibuprofen or paracetamol and topical lidocaine cream for general and local pain relief, respectively. Epsom salt soaks, zinc oxide or sudocrem, and drink lots of water like So suggests. There is no antibiotic shot for herpes. That must have been given for something else in Ashlyn's case. Herpes is viral, not bacterial.
