some sort of shingles on the base of my dick, some irritation there on touch

I've been having this thing for some time now ( a few months) where a few spots on my dick would irritate on touch and burn on lubrication. most of the time you can't see anything but when it burns there's a slight pallete of red. lately I looked at my penis and saw these spots around where the pain is. I'm not totally sure now if they've been there from the start or if they had developed over time.

Do these mean anything? should I worry? just to fill in some medical history : I've had a problem with burning sensation around my anus for a long time now (5 years) and doctors see nothing, it is a similar sensation and STD's have already been disproven, so I wonder if it could have some connection...

Sorry that you are having a problem. I did a little reading and they said that most men get body acne on there body’s. Even on your penis. Maybe it is the same thing you have on your back side.

I found a few pictures and I did find a few that looked like what you have on your penis. What they said that the best thing to do is leave them alone. Make sure you wash and dry well

They also said that it may be a rash caused by something you are uses. What you can do is when you get a flare up . Check what you used the day before
