Quelques mises à jour et partages, en espérant que cela puisse aider tous ceux qui souffrent d'anxiété

Hey everyone,

Just want to post an update and thank you for reading.

I just visited a new psychiatrist yesterday and he changed my meds. The medication I took before I saw him was:

Seroquel XR : 200 mg at night

Dothiepin: 25 mg at night

Pristiq: 50 mg day time

Diazapam: 15 mg (5 mg x2 day time and 5 at night time) I know this is a strong dose as I am a Benzo dependency and need to wean off soon

Lyrica: 75 mg x2 ( morning x 1 and night time x2)

Although I am on diazapam everyday I still feel some mild panic in the day time but for a week I feel a lot better

The medication I am on right now is :

Seroquel : (not XR, 100 mg at night )

Fenazin: 25 mg at night

Diazapam : still on 15 mg

Hydroxyzine: 10 mg x 3 in the day time

Pristiq: 50 mg night time

Lyrica : 75 mg day time and 150 night time

I have started on the new meds just last night and I slept through the night which I haven’t for a long time. My dr wanted me to stabilise my sleep first before I could wean of the diazapam on a slow flow.

I am so currently doing CBT and it helps a little bit.

For the past week after my vacation to Japan I feel a lot relieved and a lot less panicky in the day time. Reading the post on the forum helped me a lot to see that I am not alone. I am so surprised that there are actually a lot of people suffering from anxiety and panic attacks.

Anyone taking Fenazin for anxiety and sleep? I have read some drug review saying that it really helps. But I am on my first day only.

Hope you all well and fight over this!

I'm suffering from horrible panic attacks and none of the meds are working!!!!

I have been to Japan many times, but almost always on pure business. Where did you vacation magmag? Kyoto? Hokkaido? Those trains are really nice for getting around the country!

I went to Okinawa for three days then flew to Tokyo.

Okinawa-must have been hot! I was down in Kyushu one summer and it was really hot and humid.
