I've notice a bunch of little white bumps when I pull my labia and it's they are on both sides when I pull the lips back. Terrified this could be herpes. They do not hurt at all and I know you are not supposed to do this but I tried popping one and there was a very thin white almost solid like fluid that came out but it was not painful at all. I've been searching on the Internet all night and don't know what this could be. Someone please help, I want to seek help but am unable to at the time due to insurance issues. Thanks!!

Unfortunately there is no substitute for testing. A culture test is most definitive. Here in the US we have free clinics offered through the health department. No insurance or fees. Not sure how that works in UK. But its best to get a culture test done while you still have an outbreak to culture. It could be nothing more than cellulitis, a common skin infection. But better to have the peace of mind that only a test can give. Good luck to you. And if it is positive, you're not alone.

Those are not herpes are a natural part of your skin. Look at raw turkey or chicken, they have the exact same white things on the skin. Stop making yourself paranoid.. Lol. It's OK.. I used to do that too for yrs. When it comes to herpes, I think you either know w out a doubt in most cases that's what it is or you don't at all because you have no symptoms or are so mild and go away quickly, attribute a red bump or itching to thrush, jock itch or razor bumps. Relax.
