Grace, take a deep breath. Herpes isn't earth shattering. That said, what you displayed more resembles warts in my humble opinion, but only a doctor or gyn who examines you would know for sure. Herpes is usually presented as open sores or blisters and can be marked with itching initially. You said you have no itching and those don't necessarily to be sores or blisters from what i can see
Is it just isolated to that particular area? Any on other side or below?
Get checked by a professional for sure.
its just in that area
Usually an initial outbreak of herpes has multiple blisters in the genital area. So what you are showing and describing tends to be more consistent with genital warts, especially since you reported no pain, itching or tingling. BUT only a doctor conducting a swab test could say with certainty, so do get a professional opinion.

It seems that you irritated your skin while shaving. Give it a few more days, but you might also have ingrown hairs.
Mmmm....Not so sure this is an epidermoid or sebaceous cyst, but it could be. It's difficult to tell from photos. Do keep an eye on it and get checked if it doesn't disappear soon.
But I think others would agree, does not look like herpes
Its quite possible that it is simply that shaving irritated your skin and caused some ingrown hairs, based on the image, that's my favoured opinion.. The distribution and scale doesn't look like warts necessarily, but as with any photo, its difficult to tell. Id give it a few days to see how it changes before taking further action.
