I have the three dry red spots on the head of my penis, they showed up out of nowhere but they dont itch or burn or hurt at all. when I pee it feels normal I still feel perfectly fine but they look awful.
I would go to a local doctor.
It could be syphilis. There is a cure so you should not be worry.
You must do some test like VDRL and FTA-ABS test. Negativity does not exclude syphilis as this is a recent infection. Stage 1 syphilis.
If not treated it will certainly heal by its own. 6 months later new symptoms will appear.
