Hey my recent symptom is an inability to sneeze..it is the most annoying I have experienced so far. I am having the flu. A few times the sneeze began then stopped. Now im obsessing about it and is unable to sneeze though the urge is there
I had this problem for years. A lot of my anxiety is focused my chest tightness, pain, and the feeling of being short of breath. I also was diagnosed with GERD. Anyways I changed my diet and my symptoms have improved and I got my ability to sneeze back.
Thanks for the response Marvin.
It is driving me crazy. I just tried xanax because i felt i was going over the edge. i try to sniff spices but even that is futile. Im just riding the troubled waves until calm comes
Yeah, I know what its like. You go to sneeze and your brain all of a sudden says "this does not feel correct" on the inhale and the sneeze is canceled. Then just a little later it all repeats. LOL I pick my nose and use saline nasal spray and blow everything out if it keeps repeating. After that, I can ignore it. Not a problem though when my anxiety is low and I don't have chest fullness or pain. I sneeze just fine. I use only saline nasal spray because other nasal spays can cause increased anxiety and rapid heart rate.
Hey..my sneeze has been back.im so grateful. I had started to ignore it as my cold was getting better then one night i sneezed without even thinking about it..then it dawned on me "u just sneezed". Since then it has been happening naturally...there is hope for us.. We just need to find a way the control the mind. It is at the source of our problems. Much easier said than done though. My symptoms change everyday...dizziness...aches...clogged ears....palpitations...nervousness..shakiness...fatigue....weird vaginal feelings....abnormally heavy head.. Vision problem....so many but I am hopeful. Hang in there guys.
