Sperm comes out when i pee what do i do

I think about 2 months ago i masterbated and now when i pee sperm comes out and i have a little bit of ocd and its driving me mad what do i do.

If you are young you are probably producing semen much of the time - it is a response to any penile arousal all young men usually have. There's no problem if it discharges with the urine when you pee as long as when you ejaculate it is not bloody. Maybe if you masturbated more, it wouldn't build up?

It may not be semen, but you should get checked out. Retrograde ejaculation isn't necessarily a problem but can cause fertility problems, and may be a sign of prostate problems.

Some questions:

Have you only masturbated (or had sex) once in the last two months?  Is that normal, or have you been abstaining because of this issue?

Do you ejaculate when you have an orgasm?

Do you have diabetes or any other medical condition?

Are you on any medication?

You should see a doctor though.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.  If you take a long a recent sample of urine (same day if possible) which you think may contain semen, they can test it.

There is something wrong with your sex organs. Sperm should never come out when you pee. This could be a serious problem

Make an appointment now to see a doctor.
